Congratulations to the Academic UIL Team!
On Saturday, April 5, 53 students in grades 6, 7, and 8 represented Highland Park Middle School in the Regional Academic UIL Competition for the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, including schools from Carroll, Colleyville, Coppell, Grapevine, and Lake Highlands districts.
They returned with the 1st PLACE SWEEPSTAKES TROPHY!!
- The sixth grade team of students won the award for highest total points, based on 1st - 6th place winners in 13 events.
- The seventh grade team won the award for highest number of points based on winners in 15 events.
- The eighth grade team also won the award for highest total points in 15 different events.
